In BPPS, leadership opportunities are created for Mathematics Leaders to display school core values. The aim is to develop them into Engaged Learners who are holistic and values-centric leaders. They assist the Mathematics Department in carrying out customized Bukit Panjang Learning Experience (BPLE) to enhance the joy of learning in all students.

The roles and responsibilities of Mathematics Leaders include the following:

  1. Distribution and stock-take of manipulative for hands-on lessons

  2. Collection / distribution of books

  3. Testing of individual times-table in class (P2 to P6) [‘SPEEDY’ Multiplication]

  4. Creating monthly Mathematics Videos based on a given theme.

[For selected students]

  1. Lead in creating Mathematics related games / craft work. (P1 to P6)
