Mentoring provides opportunities for teachers to engage students in regular one-to-one conversations. Through these conversations, teachers build trusting relationships with students, show care and concern, and identify any needs or concerns early.
Guided by the ecological framework, ESPRiT, teachers seek to understand each child holistically by considering the different people, relationships and environments that influence the child’s development.
Mentoring is carried out regularly to support students’ well-being and personal growth.
