ME Time

'ME Time' promotes:

  • self-regulation among children 
  • positive coping method to manage emotions and improve well-being     

ME TIME takes place every Monday in which we teach pupils how to do breathing exercises and focus on their other senses like listening or feelings. Students are able to follow the soft music and go into ME TIME posture.   Me Time allows them to get in touch with their emotions and how they are feeling here and now.    It can also be used at home when pupils are feeling stressed or unhappy.
